Andy Meek

I am as seasoned commercial leader with broad experience in the healthcare industry, including surgical, medical device, specialty pharmacy, medical services, technology, and SaaS sales. I have a passion for transforming the way care is delivered, creating value for customers and stakeholders, as well as building a winning culture within the organizations I serve.

My expertise lies in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, developing and executing growth strategies, and driving revenue and profitability across multiple product lines and market segments. Some of my notable achievements include launching new sales organizations at two privately held startups, leading a national salesforce for a $5B oncology specialty pharmacy services enterprise, rebuilding an underperforming region from $30M to $100M in sales revenue, and advancing to multiple levels of leadership at two of the world's largest corporations. Prior to medical sales, I served as a finance officer in the US Air Force. I hold an MBA from the University of Florida and a BBA in Economics from Baylor University.
