I am a healthcare technology and commercial transactions lawyer with years of experience handling software and other technology related contracts, both as outside counsel and in-house counsel.  My practice focusses exclusively on technology and commercial transactions, including, among other things, providing strategic advice, drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of healthcare technology transactions, including licensing, SaaS, NDAs, cloud services, professional and consulting services, hardware purchases, outsourcing, reseller, distribution, supply chain, product sales, and other technology related agreements.
