Justin Mooneyhan

With nearly 15 years of multi-site healthcare, technology, operations, and strategy experience, Mr. Mooneyhan is a senior director of IT strategy and innovation. He reports to the CTO, with shared reporting responsibilities to the CIO, and leads a team of architects and engineers who design, select, and implement technology solutions that support technology modernization, business goals, and operations.

He is passionate about leveraging existing, new, and emerging technologies to modernize, optimize, and transform IT and business operating models. He enjoys building and scaling multi-site healthcare businesses in the ambulatory surgery center and physician practice space. He has successfully delivered enterprise technology application and system implementations, merger and acquisition integration projects, and process improvement initiatives, using skills developed through various certifications in health information management systems, project management, and Six Sigma methodologies. He is a strong collaborator with internal and external stakeholders, executives, strategic partners, clients, and vendors to drive efficiency, innovation and technology enablement across the organization.

Additionally, he is actively involved in the healthcare community, serving as a board member and Chapter President for the Tennessee HIMSS chapter, and former board member for Leadership Health Care, an initiative of the Nashville Health Care Council.
