With nearly 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, healthcare educator, speaker, operator, and consultant in the healthcare industry, Liam has a proven track record of identifying problems and creating innovative solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery and education.

Our goal at the Whitecoat Learning Platform is to empower healthcare students, educators, and administrators with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their clinical training and careers. Whitecoat's platform features an intuitive and easy-to-use clinical logging tool, an algorithmically-backed accreditation training, automated simulated clinical coursework, a full clinical rotation management suite, and talent pipeline portal designed for healthcare systems of all sizes, all powered by proprietary learning AI technology.

Liam also serves as the president and founder of Pontem Healthcare Consulting, a firm that provides strategic guidance and support to healthcare organizations across various domains, but most often in the value-based arena. Lastly, Liam is the Co-founder and CEO of Own The Zone Sports, a software and coaching product that revolutionized how baseball and softball games are played, managed, and coached. Liam holds a master's degree in healthcare administration and management, and a Lean Six Sigma black belt certification.
