I have purposely designed my career path to experience as many perspectives as possible. This path has taken me from a physician-owned multi-specialty clinic (provider relations, contracting, rvu analysis) to Advocate Health Care (CIN for employed and independent providers) to Evolent Health (VBC/CIN/ACO/BPCI-A strategy, design and implementation) to Cedar Gate Technology (analytics) to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (ACO transformation) to the National Association of Healthcare Quality (go to market and strategy) and finally to MacroHealth (payer strategy and growth).

My experience has taken me from the solo physician practice to the C-suite and everything in between. I understand the value propositions of providers, health systems, payers, non-profit and for-profit entities due to having worked with or for all of them. I bring a practical approach to any interaction, because I understand the complexity and at times contradictions of the healthcare ecosystem. Lastly, I live in Nashville, have five children and could talk value-based care and population health for hours!
